None of these resources should be seen as a complete resource but a path to the proper means of legal retribution.
I found an American book that may be useful worldwide; How to Sue A Corporation for Human Rights Violations by Sandra Von Salis-Lutolf. This is not in amazon.com but can be found in American libraries.
In your local Internet site (or others at searchenginecolossus.com) 'native' and 'indigenous law', 'human rights law', 'labor law'. The problem of course is to find a human rights lawyer that can help you locally with limited funds. Local lawyers can help you find a human rights lawyer. The hub center for human rights law is the UN; they may be able to help you find a regional lawyer in human rights. Also, the human rights law groups listed here may be able to help you find a local lawyer or point you in the right direction. It is a very difficult problem; but a hopeful alternative to losing your land, being forced to accept blisteringly cruel wages, or violence.
Honestly, if I were in your shoes and forced to work at low wages or in risk of my life to stay on my land I would run and run and run. I am not saying that you should; I am telling you that I would. And I recognize the integrity it takes to raise a family through company work, or the integrity to hold onto land that has been in your family since time began. I value that, I uphold those values. It simply makes me sick that you go through hell over it. I don't have any easy answer, except act peacefully and with integrity. It is the only thing that has been proven to work over the ages. I read about this cruelty all the time and it makes me sick. I created this website out of frustration with wage slavery and genocide worldwide. I created it because you and your family and friends have worked so hard for so long to feed me, to clothe me, to make everything for me; at risk to yourself, your family and friends, and your land. I hope for this reason alone that this website helps to alleviate this needless oppression from US businesses like Walmart and genocide from Exxon and Rio Tinto and the US State Department. I hope you avoid needless pain, torture and death. I hope you enjoy nice long massages from your family. This is simply a very bad time in world history and the best we can do is work together to solve problems made by awful people.
